I have a wool coat that I really like. It was on my back seat and at some point made its way to the floor and had yogurt spilled on it by my children. I didn't find it till days later and the yogurt was dried hard. When I discovered it I put it on my garage work bench thinking perhaps I would try to work on it with a stiff scrub brush. To add insult to injury, the next day I found two of my cats curled up on it, cat hair covering it. I did not care for business over relationship, I inadvertently said dry clean, not recognizing it was a hand wash item.

I brought in two cotton sweater vests and was charged $8.80 each. I checked a couple of other cleaners and your price is a dollar higher. On the bright side, the sweaters look great.

I had to bring a pair of pants back due to obvious spots and dirt still present. Also, I specifically requested no starch be used on my clothes. However, a pair of my black slacks were so covered in starch that if I were to rub with my fingers it would turn white. Overall my clothes don't feel clean, they just feel like they were ironed and then given back to me.

Unfortunately, my first experience was when I went to pick-up my vests an unhappy customer was having a words with the counter person and a manager on the phone. Fortunately, I've managed retail stores in SF, Marin, Berkeley, and have owned my own business for the last 30 years. You did awful. Picked up my husbands shirt and it was wrinkled. I had to take it because we were going to a wedding. I paid for it because I didn't notice till i walked out the door. Not able to have redone as I needed it for the next day. Was told to call corporate to get a refund. but they were already closed according to the man at the shop.
