Shirts feel nice and soft. Putting the collar stays in them was a nice touch. The price is higher than another reputable cleaner that we have used in the past, though.
Was not happy that you couldn't get the spots out that I bought the dress in for and I was able to at home later. Your morning clerk, a nice Mexicanan lady was really good though. The afternoon clerk was less so.
Nice families however almost $19 for 2 simple items was extremely high. Unfortunately I will not be using your services in future.
I love the fact service but $10 a shirt is ridiculous plus a 10% extra fee to rush. I won't be back in less it is an absolute emergency
The young man who entered my information when I dropped off my items was not good at making a connection to me as a customer. He also did not explain why he was asking for all the extensive information
The stains were removed. The dresspants were poorly pressed. I do not like the perminent tags that are attatched to the clothing.
Good. My rayon shirt, however, was very expensive to clean--$8!. The shirt was probably purchased for $30. Also, two shirts over the past 6 weeks smelled pungent once I began to perspire. The other shirts picked up at the same time were OK, but these two reeked a mildew aroma.
The machine broke down, and they waited until after my pickup time to call me and let me know. I was already on my way. Unfortunately, it was a same day order. I had to ask for an updated price when I picked my items up the next day as well.
Clothes came out fine- but this place is crazy expensive! Going to look for cheaper dry cleaning options. I don't like to spend more on dry cleaning than I did on the clothes originally.
