Lady working register was very rude because I brought in a large number of items. Also, many items still had hard pressed in wrinkles on them and hairs on my suit that I don’t know where they came from, which makes me question how it was cleaned.

Cloth arrived late when was told they would in at 6pm on Friday evening 1/3/2020. They came in on Saturday morning a little before 8:00 am. But I needed be on road at 8am because I had to attend a funeral in Ocala. Fl. I did get call when my cloth came in and I understand the truck was running late that I told.

Customer service is great. However, my client has voiced a concern about the quality of work not being up to standard. Moreover since it seems you lost a pair of slacks this maybe what breaks the camels back. Date the two pair of slacks where dropped: 12/28/19 @ 8:48 AM Date of pick up: 12/30/19 @ 5:43 PM Location manager said would send e-mail to headquarters to investigate and that I would receive a call back. I’ve been coming for years and was so surprised to see that the job was not done as good as you guys do. My daughter brought in brand new clothes 5 items the dress shirts have a yellow burned stain to them by the wrist. The girl who took them knew they were new clothes as I took off the tickets from them. For one of the dress shirts looks like it was washed a bunch of times whereas I brought it as a brand new dress shirt and as mentioned the lady working there knew so too as I took off every ticket.

This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve asked for my pants to not have a creases! Every single time they are back with creases. This dry cleaner doesn’t care what instructions they are given. Such a frustrating experience!

One of our items was coded to someone else I was pretty clear when I called about it that there was a mistake made this was after my husband tried to get the person to find it when he was at the store the worst part was the lady was almost rude about the whole thing until I told her I knew the owners and would contact them directly suddenly she became helpful from belligerent and low and behold found the missing jacket thirty minutes later
