It took awhile to get my clothes and they’re kind of expensive. A month later and the same hem I had alterations done on is completely out
Wonderful customer service at the store, but I have to bring back so many shirts from being pressed so poorly, breaking off buttons, etc.
Clothes were ready when said Went to pick up and took so long that I had to come back. Waiting over 10 minutes to pick up clothes is crazy Your prices are ridiculous...never ever would I dream of going back 48 $ on 7 items is crazy.
I just dropped off clothes on Laurel Road. Picked up clothes on Jacaranda...ready on time. NO normal dry cleaner smell. All cleaned and ready on time. Alteration of my shorts price quote was high.....will look elsewhere
Clerk was a bit abrupt at first. Nicer at the end. People waiting but she did not greet them or day she would be with them in a minute

Lady working register was very rude because I brought in a large number of items. Also, many items still had hard pressed in wrinkles on them and hairs on my suit that I don’t know where they came from, which makes me question how it was cleaned.

Brought my blouse in for a fix... came for pick up 5 days after the date it was to be ready it was not repaired 😩
