Your employee in the morning at the Enterprise location is outstanding I am sorry to hear she is leaving
Had not been to visit in quite awhile. No one came to greet me at drive-through so I got out of my car, walked in and then the girl came out. I had my laundry bag and she said, “just leave it there”. As I never counted what I brought in and never received a receipt for what I dropped off I’m not sure that I got everything back that I dropped off. Not the service I would expect for the price I paid.
Reminded me of items I had forgotten!
Took a new shirt in for dry clean that had jewelry attached . I got it back with the necklace missing and no one ever offered to pay for the shirt or me even a acknowledged it. I showed the woman a picture of the shirt and said I had the receipt where I bought it 2 days ago at Macy’s but I was never contacted to make it right. I love your service but your plant needs to take better care of people’s clothing and valuables attached. I just wanted management to know.

Mishaps happen, but when it occurs more than a few times, something's wrong. Clothes not properly cleaned (spots or odor), not properly pressed, not ready when promised, and returned torn clothes. A few impatient staff members. Overall it's horrible. Tried to continue business for convenience but issues are constant regardless if Suncoast makes attempts to redo or replace.

Worker reminded me that I had clothing there from weeks prior to my last drop off.
Poor customer service, called twice to see if my jeans were ready and both times was promised a call back, never received a call back either time, I called a third time and finally done, took 8 days to hem jeans

Delivery guy is great but dry cleaner doesn’t not follow my instructions. I asked for no creases in any pants. They did it for about 2 weeks then creased all my pants. I am missing a lack pair of pants and a blue sweater. The driver has asked the home office to give me a call 2ce but they haven’t. I’m looking for an alternative.
