Second time around for my 4 white shirts which I requested heavy starch. They were delivered yesterday with wrinkles and barely any starch used. Sorry, but you lost my business!
Bobbi is awesome, but every batch I get back has a shirt with a stain that needs to be redone. You people are terrible at cleaning clothes.

I thought your prices are very high. I had one regular shirt and two linen short sleeve shirts. The cost was over $18. The linen shirts were approximately $7.65 per shirt, that is ridiculous.

Sent my pants in the have a button sewn back on, which I safety pinned to the shorts. I was told the repair could not be done unless they were either cleaned or pressed. I picked the shorts up a few days later and they were pressed, but the button had not been sewn on. Instead there was a tag stating a button was missing! They would have had to move the safety pin aside to put the tag on! Disappointed.

Had not been to visit in quite awhile. No one came to greet me at drive-through so I got out of my car, walked in and then the girl came out. I had my laundry bag and she said, “just leave it there”. As I never counted what I brought in and never received a receipt for what I dropped off I’m not sure that I got everything back that I dropped off. Not the service I would expect for the price I paid.
Reminded me of items I had forgotten!
Took a new shirt in for dry clean that had jewelry attached . I got it back with the necklace missing and no one ever offered to pay for the shirt or me even a acknowledged it. I showed the woman a picture of the shirt and said I had the receipt where I bought it 2 days ago at Macy’s but I was never contacted to make it right. I love your service but your plant needs to take better care of people’s clothing and valuables attached. I just wanted management to know.
