I paid 66% more for the same clothes that I had dry cleaned two weeks earlier at a different dry cleaner nearby
Prices are way to high
There were stains on the dress that you could not get out you never call to let me know that and you dry cleaned it full of stains and did not take them out... You could have given me a choice and called

Brought my pants in for heavy starch on Sat..came on Tues morning and no heavy starch..the employee was probably under the impression that I wanted to take them..I had to indicate that I wanted heavy starch...pants sent back..next day got them..but only received credit for the heavy starch ..I feel I should've received full credit..took off extra charge for the heavy starch..and I HAD to ask for some type of credit and only received 10% off!!. Called in advance to ask how much cleaning would cost for 2 waist/hip length ski jackets and was told $16.00. When I went to pick them up the cost was $50 instead of $32. They should be able to quote prices. The jacket weren’t really even dirty. The cleaning was great though
The clothes looked good but the chemicals left a very strong odor. The smell stayed in the car for a few hours after removal and is now leaving an odor in my closet. I removed the bags as soon as I got home.
