Your prices were inconsistent and way too expensive. You charged us $15 for one girl size dress! ONE! Ridiculous pricing. We will not come back!!

Alma and Nicole could not be any better at customer service, efficiency and friendliness. The cleaning is no better or worst than other cleaners I’ve used and the Main Street Dunedin location has the worst parking situation. I’ve considered changing cleaners almost every time I pick up or drop off except for Alma and Nicole. Please find a better location with parking or drove through. Your local competitors make it so easy to switch to them.

The gal that takes our clothes is a bit snooty and you can’t ask her anything regarding price so you can be prepared when you pick them up! I asked to have some wrinkles steamed from a pair of slacks and she had no idea what that would cost! Most dry cleaning stores give you a slip with the amount due when you pick up . I’m not happy with your services and when I pick up my slacks I won’t be back!

I was supposed to receive my clothes after 5pm as I requested same day service. They were not there, but I was still charged for same day service. Suit very well cleaned and pressed.

I asked for shirts to be “boxed”. The shirt buttons were not even buttoned all the way. There were folds all over the shirts. I had to iron them. I mentioned to clerk and she was like “oh well”. She was not concerned but did offer to redo them. I was not wanting to make a scene so said don’t bother.

I used to use them for my dry cleaning service until on 2 separate occasions they lost two of my work dress shirts (each estimated at about $100-125/shirt). I was repeatedly told they would have a manager review the cameras and no one would ever get back to me. 2 years later I received a call that they found a shirt and I could come pick it up. The place always smells like different types of food. And so does the clothes once it's been cleaned. Paying $14 to just steam a dress, that dress shouldn't smell like onions. Only when all other options are not available will I go back to this place.
