I feel I was over charged. $10 to sew one small seam 6 inches long is a lot of money.

Customer service is great,but the quality of dry cleaning makes me want to find a new dry cleaning store.
I’m brand new to Saint Pete. This is my first experience with the cleaners. I put a number of dress shirts that had considerable ring around the collar. I asked the tech if these stains would come out, and he said he had no idea whatsoever and that couldn’t promise sent me anything. I recognize that he’s not in the business of making a guarantee but the shirts came back exactly as they went in. My medical school white coats again look like someone barely took any time to press it. it is wrinkled down the sleves and looks unprofessional. This is the second time I have sent my items to the cleaners and they come back sub par. The only saving grace is the friendly staff.

I am a frequent user of dry cleaning services. My receipt said 9 items and when I picked up only received 8. After making my claim that I was missing an item, I was directed to Customer Service where I was told I was incorrect and it was my mistake. I asked to provide proof that I was incorrect and after lengthy discussion was moved up to another manager that claimed they found my item. No apology offered. I won’t use Sun Country again.

This time was good, but I can’t say that my experience is consistently great. There are times when garments are not pressed properly, broken buttons on husband’s shirt not replaced, a white shirt came back grey (how does this happen??), and worst case was when one of my shirts was completely ruined. All this at a premium price. You did make it right, and you are the only non-perq cleaner around so we keep coming back.

The collar on my shirts y tinkled and not good looking.
We had our mattress cover cleaned over a week and half and visited twice to pick and told it wasn’t ready. Very slow service.
