I don’t get the service that wish
Asked that my shirt collars be treated to remove grime stains result was only marginally better and at $3 a shirt I think the collar look as good as the outside of the shirt the result was about I got from the last cleaner I used.

Great experience. Your star system does not work I put in five and would only take one
Normally my shirts come out clean and pressed. This experience was different. My collars looked like the they did when i brought them in. It looks as if they were pressed and not cleaned at all. I had twenty items and most of them looked this way. It was almost $100 in costs for more than half of my shirts not looking cleaned at all.

The one blonde haired lady (not sure on her name) always makes me feel bad for wanting my clothes back the same day even though I drop them off before 9 am. It's usually after 8:30 am but before 9. It's not anything she says directly, just the sighs and frustrated look on her face when I say I want them back the same day. My understanding was that as long as they were in before 9 a.m. they would be back the same day. I'm not sure why she gives me the attitude. Your service is usually good. I have had several incidents where items can back and the white is no longer white. My black and white items cone back black and grey or offwhite. I am looking to switch because of this ongoing issue
I brought a uniform shirt in that I needed to look real nice for a ceremony. There are multiple lines creased across the front of the shirt and front pocket. I’ve never experienced this in all my time bringing Uniform shirts to dry cleaners. I now have to either iron it myself or re-wash it and run it through the dryer.
The prices are to high. There not compatible with other cleaners. I took my daughter's Jrotc uniform there to be cleaned, they charge almost $5 more than everybody else. Ridiculous
