Brought my pants in for heavy starch on Sat..came on Tues morning and no heavy starch..the employee was probably under the impression that I wanted to take them..I had to indicate that I wanted heavy starch...pants sent back..next day got them..but only received credit for the heavy starch ..I feel I should've received full credit..took off extra charge for the heavy starch..and I HAD to ask for some type of credit and only received 10% off!!. Called in advance to ask how much cleaning would cost for 2 waist/hip length ski jackets and was told $16.00. When I went to pick them up the cost was $50 instead of $32. They should be able to quote prices. The jacket weren’t really even dirty. The cleaning was great though

The clothes looked good but the chemicals left a very strong odor. The smell stayed in the car for a few hours after removal and is now leaving an odor in my closet. I removed the bags as soon as I got home.

Service was fine but thought price was outrageous. Almost 8.00$ for a short sleeve shirt. Geeze
Dropped off rain coat for zipper repair. Was told it would be done the 15th. Delay after delay. Finally it was back 1/22 and NOT fixed.
Got the stains out of medical uniform
Cleaning was acceptable, too expensive. Sixty one dollars to have nine shirts dry cleaned is to much.
