Actually it is normally praise for having a team of passionate people happily engaged with the culture here at SCC and to honest, Not even sure how to respond other than the fact that obviously you do not know Us very well. No pricing or listing of services that can be provided. No way to get this information
Your clerk could not find me in your computer. So she gave me a generic ticket with no price, name, or description. Most importantly, no pricing. I questioned it she said she would call me with price. She was having "computer" trouble. I've been there before and was happy with my results. I dropped of 4 sheet gauze panels. When I want to pick them up the price was more than the sheets were worth. I asked that they work with me or let a manger help me. No help. Cashier was alone. I just picked up my order. My black blazer is a disaster. I dropped off a total of 7 items…The rest of the order is fine. My blazer has lots of lints all over it and human (long) hairs, It doesn’t smell clean and not pressed!
It was aweful nothing was pressed over 200 dollars of dry cleaning and I had to repress everything I was shocked and tell everyone what a horrible experience left messages and no one got back with me.. I deserve a refund.. disgusted
I was given a ticket with no price on it. Only a bar code.After 15 mins of employee trying to sign in and find me on the computer. I come to pick up my items. Which she couldn't find right away. I went to run errands and came back.. She gave me my items. 4 sheer gauze curtain panels. Beautifully pressed in the amount $86.00+ I told the employee that they had to do better on price or keep them. She kept them. No help. No call to management. Nothing.
This is why I don’t like contactless. You can’t question the service. Two issues. 1. Was emailed a 15% discount that was to be taken at pickup. Didn’t get it. 2. Note on shirt said they would not clean because of stains on shirt. There are no stains. Shirt was not cleaned but still got charged. Will not return.
