There was no signage or messaging at kiosk regarding your stance on only dry cleaning Robert Graham clothing. I had no idea until I picked up shirt and was billed $8.96 which I had to pay to retrieve shirt. I wasn’t happy about that and only knew because the person working was helping someone check in and I asked is it $9 a shirt. She too was confused at first but then noticed the maker of the shirt.
My experience has been great for year's.. But you lost me as a customer.when you Change your store"s no customer service no noting. That future setup is horrible. And I'm not the only one that feels that way.
I have been trying to UNSUBSCRIBE. I’ve never seen such a difficult process to unsubscribe. Please remove nancymoran918@gmail.com We don’t live in that area any more. We moved.

You should treat your employees better. As a Christian company I am horrified by how your employees are treated. Ethically I'm likely going to find a different company

Actually it is normally praise for having a team of passionate people happily engaged with the culture here at SCC and to honest, Not even sure how to respond other than the fact that obviously you do not know Us very well. No pricing or listing of services that can be provided. No way to get this information
Your clerk could not find me in your computer. So she gave me a generic ticket with no price, name, or description. Most importantly, no pricing. I questioned it she said she would call me with price. She was having "computer" trouble. I've been there before and was happy with my results. I dropped of 4 sheet gauze panels. When I want to pick them up the price was more than the sheets were worth. I asked that they work with me or let a manger help me. No help. Cashier was alone. I just picked up my order. My black blazer is a disaster. I dropped off a total of 7 items…The rest of the order is fine. My blazer has lots of lints all over it and human (long) hairs, It doesn’t smell clean and not pressed!
