I dropped off a pair of pants to be cleaned. There were stains, so (as directed) I typed in the description into the computer as I was dropping them off. I picked them up yesterday; when I got home, I discovered that the stains were still there. The order number on the ticket appears to be 08-191502.

Would you be so kind to return them to the store and allow us the opportunity to correct this issue by hopefully being able to remove the stains as requested. I took my dress to the cleaners and made a note of a specific stain on the back and it was not cleaned. It was a waste of my money.
This is RIP off clothes are extremely too high.
My favorite dress was ruined ( color faded and the spots were still there) and no one reached out to me after I pointed out to the service lady.
