I took my dress to the cleaners and made a note of a specific stain on the back and it was not cleaned. It was a waste of my money.
This is RIP off clothes are extremely too high.

There was no signage or messaging at kiosk regarding your stance on only dry cleaning Robert Graham clothing. I had no idea until I picked up shirt and was billed $8.96 which I had to pay to retrieve shirt. I wasn’t happy about that and only knew because the person working was helping someone check in and I asked is it $9 a shirt. She too was confused at first but then noticed the maker of the shirt.
My experience has been great for year's.. But you lost me as a customer.when you Change your store"s no customer service no noting. That future setup is horrible. And I'm not the only one that feels that way.
