I’m going to try and get my clothes that I dropped off about 5-6 weeks ago (right at the time of total automation) unfortunately because I cannot get my clothes out of the Shop located on Park Blvd in Seminole, Florida. Didn’t realize that I would have no one to talk with in the event I was not happy with something. Now. I will do my best to find a NEW Dry Cleaner’s that have Real People in the shop. I DO NOT LIKE YOUR NEW AUTOMATION SERVICE!!!
The lady that was there when i drop off my item was not friendly. She was rude I ask her help she told me you need to learn how to read..

All my dry cleaning is perfect.. however, how do I get an itemized receipt so I know how much everything cost? How do I know my 20% discount was applied? This is my only issue with your service! Please clarify!

Based on your email (copied below), I returned my pants to the store to have them redone so the two stains could be removed. I was unable to pick the pants up until Friday morning. Upon getting my pants, I was very upset to see that not only were the stains not removed, but that you charged me again. I dropped off a pair of pants to be cleaned. There were stains, so (as directed) I typed in the description into the computer as I was dropping them off. I picked them up yesterday; when I got home, I discovered that the stains were still there. The order number on the ticket appears to be 08-191502.
