I already picked up my five pieces of clothing. Please research and correct the mistake.
You lost my suit and blue Blaser. I spent almost $400 in dry cleaning and there was no suit nor jacket in the returned clothes. My wife says the ticket had the wrong name. I will be by this week.

Wow! It was terrible. The people writing the other reviews where they are saying the service is so great, must not be at this place. There are NOT any people there to help you....I hate it that you do not have people there to greet you and help you out. I’m going to try and get my clothes that I dropped off about 5-6 weeks ago (right at the time of total automation) unfortunately because I cannot get my clothes out of the Shop located on Park Blvd in Seminole, Florida. Didn’t realize that I would have no one to talk with in the event I was not happy with something. Now. I will do my best to find a NEW Dry Cleaner’s that have Real People in the shop. I DO NOT LIKE YOUR NEW AUTOMATION SERVICE!!!

All my dry cleaning is perfect.. however, how do I get an itemized receipt so I know how much everything cost? How do I know my 20% discount was applied? This is my only issue with your service! Please clarify!

Based on your email (copied below), I returned my pants to the store to have them redone so the two stains could be removed. I was unable to pick the pants up until Friday morning. Upon getting my pants, I was very upset to see that not only were the stains not removed, but that you charged me again.
