I first went to Stephens and was told they could not clean my daughter's wedding dress because it was Silk. That's fine. My complaint is that they waited almost two months to tell me No while the very dirty dress (soiled from the grounds of Emerald Lake) sat in the bag for 6 weeks. I then took it to Fishman's who confidently took it after my concerns of the dirt setting in from sitting so long. We never expected it to come back perfect BUT IT DID! it looked like new. We get our laundry service picked up and delivered and have never had issues. They are all accommodating with last minute items that need cleaning as well and have always been happy. We've been a customer for a very long time and have always been treated well. Keep it up!!!
