Dear Mike, First, I think your shop is the very best of the three cleaners that I tried. But, Regency Cleaners is also the most expensive but worth it. I have been undecided about whether to tell you about the very humiliating and hurtful experience I had the last time I was there. I’ve never ever been subjected to anything even close to it.
