I had a small blanket and twin comforter cleaned and it was $62.00! That was more than I paid for both? Before I brought my items in I asked the associate all the correct questions and never at any time did she quote me a price? I did speak to the manager Carmen and although she was very nice , Were still out $63.00. Will not be returning, unfortunately!

I left a jersey to be dry cleaned and it was “melted”. I was reimbursed; however, still a pain to deal with. It could have been avoided.

I asked that starch not be put in my shirts and they came back starched. I continue to have issue. I may start doing my shirts at home.

Actually picked up my garments at my home. That didn't happen on the first scheduled pickup of the same week. I didn't have my clothes back the same week as planned but I did get it back the next week.

The alteration shop on the few times I have tried to take advantage of it no one is in or either they are backed up.
