The dress looks great but the box was dented. I sent it back, it still has crease lines I don’t think they did a thing to it. The corner is dented. I thought I’d be able to display it but I guess not.

First off I asked for someone to get back to me a while ago, nobody has. The first problem, my dress was delivered to another person. Once it finally got to me. The box was completely damaged and the protective plastic viewing spot doesn’t fully stick to the box. So clearly not preserved. I’m so frustrated, no one is responding to me.

Has the dress been sent back?
I liked the idea of sending it away and having it shipped back to my house all done. I included my garter to be preserved with the dress. For some odd reason, they placed the garter as a belt around my dress, attached with ribbon that didn’t even match my dress. My dress never had a belt (a line style) and now the garter is placed to look like one. I feel like it ruined how my dress is supposed to look. I will be calling to have it redone.

You guys sent my gown with the wrong personalization. The options I got were to send back or get a full refund. I have twin newborn daughters, and It was not convenient to go back to ups. Some other sort of compensation should have been offered for the inconvenience.

The waist band is awkwardly put above the waist seam. There is the seam, then above that a ribbon maybe? then the waistband above that. Looks awful. Also it's disappointing that the veil is covering the entire dress. It has beautiful lace on it but that doesn't even show, it's just the plain tulle covering the front of the whole front of the dress. I'd like to send a picture if I could.

My name is Heather and made many calls about my dress. I paid for signature confirmation to make sure me or my husband would receive the dress when it came back and not just left outside. This company said it was delivered and signed for. I asked them “by who? And can we compare signatures” they said they would investigate it and call me back. It’s been over 3 months now and no return call WHERE IN THE $@&#% IS MY DRESS?? I am expecting something to get done or I am taking this company to court!

A large black hair was found on the front of my dress, and I don’t have black hair... Because it was sealed there was no way for me to remove the hair. So I ended up taking it to David’s and the manager helped me contact the company to send it back to get recleaned. I was really excited to see how my dress would turn out.
