I received my dress and it is damaged! You can see right through the viewing window that part of the lace from my corset was ripped! I would like for someone to call me so it can be repaired without any charges or a refund.

my box must have been dropped because there a broken dented corner. it doesnt look nice. the dress looks nice. fyi the bigger box that it xame in was dented. so it was dented before it was shipped
I called you and left message but never received a call back. I had asked for dress to be cleaned not preserved since we plan on selling it. In your FAQ page it said the dress would be returned in a garment bag. I received it in the preservation box with certificate which says the dress is attached to the bust form and should only be removed by one of your gown specialists. The process was disappointing. I sent my dress to be cleaned. It was mailed back to me with most of the stains still present. I called to ask about this and was offered another label to ship the dress back to have it re-cleaned. After Memories received the gown back, I got a call saying that they did not want to try to clean the stains again due to the nature of the fabric. I'm out $200 and still have a dirty dress.
Mailed my dress to the wrong location , good thing I got a call , you have to realize those are our memorys we don’t get back if it’s screwed up , took months to get my dress back , then I only got texts to call back everytime I called there was NOBODY THERE TO ANSWER MY CALLS, only voice mails , worst customer service ever! The actual cleaning of the dress was great! I bought the dress pre-owned and stains from the previous owner were gone! However, the dress has a corset back and the tie used to lace up the back was not returned. Well I received multiple texts asking about my payment. I called multiple times and left voicemails with my name and number and never got a response. If they did call back they never left a voicemail or anything. When I finally received my order the personalization on the box was WRONG. I was not very happy about that. This is a memory that I would like for generations and now it’s the incorrect date. So long story short, not very happy with the customer service I received.
