The first time my wedding dress came back boxed in a nice tightly shut box but the plastic wrap has breaks around the corners. I talked with a nice lady who sent a shipping label via email to send the dress back. I got my dress back today and it is in worse shape than the first time. The box is not fully shut and the plastic wrap is sloppy. The ticket on the back said my dress was repackaged by an expert but I don't think an expert would sent such poor work out. My dress wasn’t packed properly in the box. The top part of the dress is all scrunched up at the top. If I would have known everything is a extra charge including a sash that comes with the dress I wouldn’t have ordered it.
I paid for the upgrade that was supposed to include everything, then was told I had to pay another $20.00 to have the veil cleaned and an additional $20.00 to have my daughter's name printed on the box. As your company already had the veil, what choice did I have? I have no idea what the dress looks like, if it was actually cleaned as it is shrink wrapped and opening the box voids the guarantee.
