Box was very boring and unprofessional looking. i had a different dress done through a different copy. Price was the same. Box was elegant and pretty. Very disappointed in how the box looked. Wish i would have chosen a different place to do it

Well you sent me another woman’s dress first — then mine came two weeks later. We paid for a display case that is now unavailable and you wouldn’t refund it but would give us a pink one. So we had to take another woman’s dress back for you all to fix the error and it makes us question a lot about your practices. Will not recommend.

I have already messaged the company once about my problems and got no response. Missing jacket, veil carelessy put into the box, and misspelled November to say Noverber....i would love these issues to be resolved somehow...my dress was custom made and irreplaceable. I paid for premium package and do not feel that i can trust this company to properly handle whats left of my dress.

Well...I had to send my dress back, due to my middle name being spelt incorrectly. Got my dress back, and guess what...my middle name is still wrong.

Flower girl dress was sloshed around inside box once arrived. Wedding dress did not look evenly laid out inside box. Garter was placed in a weird position on top of dress. Overall, did not look great but luckily I am not choosing to ‘present’ this anywhere in the house. Both will only be stored.

I’ve called several times to speak with Priscilla regarding the customization. This is the 2nd time they have messed up the writing on the box. I’ve yet to receive a call back to resolve this issue. Highly upset about this.

I received my dress on September 19, 2020 and it was beautiful in the box. The writing on the outside of the box was wrong. My information on the front was incorrect. I contacted Gown preservation and they ask me to send the item back and they would be sending me a shipping label. Two week later I have not received a label so I contacted David's Bridal and they stated they would be sending me a label. I have not received it yet.
