well it was not how they told me how it was gonna come it came in a white plain box . also I ask for It to be detail with my name on it and it’s has not name date nothing .

I really cannot give a comment - the gown came back wrapped up. If i unwrap it to check how the cleaning is, then it is no longer preserved. So this is really not a great thing to ask feedback on.
I purchased a premium wedding dress preservation service through David’s Bridal. The first time my dress was returned to me, there was visible dirt on the lace of my veil as seen through the window of the storage box and a hair under the plastic wrap. Very unsightly to display to others and my husband was surprised the dress was returned to me like that. Honestly the dress looks beautiful but there was a big black hair sealed between the box and the plastic right in the window where you see the dress

Didn’t get any email confirming they received items? Box has string around my dress that doesn’t look right ? Barely can see my vail. Box must of messed up the placement because the dress has big wrinkle inside.

There was a black thread in between the dress netting and liner and the box was slightly torn. I called and they sent a shipping label. They said it would be done right which I appreciate. Just waiting to get it back.
