The box is poorly put together the shrink wrap is not airtight there’s a strap around my dress that looks really tacky my dress was moves all around the box Can’t even read the inspectors name on the back it’s in horrible writing so I just chose one that is close She didn’t fill out the back of the thing on the dress it doesn’t tell me anything about how my dress was done I’m really disappointed

My dress looks great in the box however I did not get the personalization that I ordered and payed for. When my dress was returned, it had no personalization. I then wrote a review and they called to have it sent back and fixed. I have now received my dress for the second time, after it has been “fixed”, and the personalization is still incorrect. My wedding day was very special to me and having my gown preserved was a priority. However this service is frustrating and disappointing. .

The gown was clean, but I had several rows of sequins that I am positive were not missing on my dress prior to sending in. I would have noticed these gaping holes in the bodice. I am really upset you all ruined my dress, not something I expected when sending it in to be preserved and cleaned.

This was my first time doing this and separating from my wedding dress and accessories. Things were really nice and pretty when I received my dress back the first time but I noticed my middle initial was not correct, so I sent it back to the company to be corrected.
