I had a lot of issues with this company. First, I received three separate emails, two calls, and two text saying I had a unpaid balance. Each time I called and there was no balance to be paid they just didn't update there records. Second, I paid $25 to have the tie fixed for the button on the sleeves. that was not fixed and nothing was fixed on the dress, everything was the same so it was a waste of $25. I got married last year and sent my dress in to be cleaned and they printed the wrong date on the box instead of 2019 they put 2009

While it was a very quick and easy process, I was a bit disappointed when I received my dress. It was marked as "good" instead of "excellent" for the cleaning state. I'm not sure why this is so. There were no stains on it when it was mailed in. Also, when I received my dress back there was a tear in the white display box, hair inside of the box showing through the window portion, and there is an iron crease showing on the front of the dress.

My dress was lost in the mail. I should have been notified that it was on its way to me so the time frame didn't pass for UPS to track it. The dress I waited my whole life for, was lost in the mail. You should do a better job on your part. It might take a little more time, but for the love of God please do it so you can inform the bride that her dress is on its way back with the tracking number. Saves a lot of heartbreak. It takes 5 minutes to send an email, because they are required on the form.

I expected a little more that a card board box wrapped in plastic. Maybe it was the salesperson where I purchased my dress that made it sound like a more beautiful display but it’s not what I expected at sll

I have called, emailed, fb messaged with out a response for weeks. My dress looks terrible, my veil is no where to be found, it’s literally just in a cardboard box, the plastic around the box is so trashy looking. It’s not anything that could be set out to look nice. Highly disappointed.

My packaging was coming apart on the inside, I have a lifetime guarantee and so my dress was sent in to repackage at no charge. The dress did not need to be recleaned just the packaging replaced. It was marked in Excellent condition when it was sent in for repackaging and marked as just Good when I got it back. I called and asked why and the lady said well we never mark excellent unless someone is packaging a brand new bridal gown that was never worn Well first it was marked excellent i have a photo to prove it and 2nd who... read more

I received my dress back in a timely manner but the front was not properly laid flat. I sent it back at your cost and received it back in nearly the same condition. I am also concerned that there might still be stains on the train of the dress (it was an outdoor occasion) but there is not proof of the condition.

Took 6 months, no one answers the phone and had to back through David’s Bridal to get my dress back. Had to provide a description because they couldn’t find it
