Everything looks great except I paid to have my tiara/crown displayed in the box and it looks like it was just thrown in there. You can barely even see it on the side of the box.
You damaged my dress with the strap across a beaded belt and tore the straps away from the chest of the dress. The belt is also folded under itself. It looks awful. I’ve reached out several times and no one wants to handle the issue

Didn’t hear back from them in a couple months and had to call. Apparently I had to pay for a service I didn’t request just because I packed it. They didn’t call or email to let me know because apparently they didn’t have my email and THEY DON’T CALL CUSTOMERS. WHAT IN THE HELL???

I received the gown, and there is an obvious (small) plastic piece in the center. And some dirt on the plastic. I tried to reach out through your contact me on the webpage and received no response. Plus the cleaning is marked as "good," which I get, but WHY is it not "excellent?" I can only assume it's the dirt on the bottom, but it would be helpful to know. Not sure why i paid so much for gown preservation for you to only get it to "good" condition. Seems like a waste of time and money.

I had paid an additional fee for the beads/stones to be fixed. But I see clearly through the box that one of them wasn’t fixed. So, I’m not sure then what that fee included then.

There was some sort of oil splatter on the box that Soaked through the plastic to the box almost soaked through to the dress. I had to remove plastic. Not sure if this happened during delivery so sorry if it did and it isn’t your fault. But now it’s not even sealed anymore. And I thought the plastic was supposed to hold up for 30 years and obviously didn’t.

My gown has wrinkles! Ups dropped it off on the porch during a flood. Thankfully it was wrapped in plastic. Cardboard box delivered in was ruined. Unprofessional
