I havent received my dress back but i keep getting asked to review...

The name was mispelled
The dress came back and was not presented well. The whole point is to have the dress in the box on display and it is not centered in the box, has the bra pads showing and loose threads on show.

I was disappointed when I received a “good” rating on my dress. The dress was never worn, only tried on for alterations. It sat in a waterproof garment bag for 2 months and then I shipped it off to be preserved. Expecting an “excellent” rating. Makes me wonder if you all just didn’t care and rated it however you wanted.
I have called and emailed trying to see if I can speak with someone in reference to my wedding dress being cleaned. Maybe I don’t understand the process but I have staining on the top of the dress which wasn’t there when I shipped the dress to your facility. Your guarantee states you will re-clean the item if not satisfied. I would like to please speak resolve this issue.

There are a few spots or specks of yellow/orange on the front. I cannot tell which it is, but it is definitely visible:(

Cleaning and how the dress is displayed inside the box was perfect. I didn't expect my dress to be displayed in a plain white box! When I purchased on the David's Bridal website it showed a pink box. If I would've have known, I would've just got it put in a garment bag.
The dress was set in an uneven position. I can not put it on display because it doesn't look pretty. I called the number on the back of the box on January 8th and left a message but haven't received a response.
