Sent my dress to the wrong person in a wrong state

My dress is clearly wrinkled inside of the box. The dress has a built in belt that is half way folded on top of itself and is going to ruin the beadwork if I don’t take it out.

I’m really unhappy with how it turned out. I sent my dress and tiara to be preserved and you can’t even see my tiara. My dress bodice looks strange, it does not look attractive at all it looks smooshed, and the top edges of the bodice are folded in a way that makes me concerned that they will become permanently misshaped. The clear wrap around the dress box is also very unattractive with lots of extra dropping off both of the top sides. I assumed that because this was a big business the quality would be top notch, but I didn’t feel that way when my dress came back. I noticed discoloration in a spot on the front where I don’t remember there being a stain to begin with. I was fully aware and accepting of the fact that my dress may not come back completely spotless, but was disappointed to see two spots still on the front. My dress came back with a yellow stain on it! This stain was not there before I had sent my dress to be cleaned. I wore this dress for just a short ceremony due to Covid 19 and need to wear it again next year for my reception and now I have a stain. What’s worse is that I sent back the dress to have the stain cleaned since it was their fault and all they did was send it back to me and did absolutely nothing about it even though they told me to send it back! Absolutely upset about this!!!!

I've sent in a comment already and haven't heard from anyone. I sent my dress in with 2 garters and my viel and only one garter and my viel came back with the dress. My dress looks beautiful but I'm still missing my other garter and really want it back. The certified inspector just says M.

My gown was a strapless satin floor length with a floor length lace overlay. When received gown back, barely any of the lace was showing. THAT was the main beauty of the gown and now that it is boxed and sealed there is no way to fix.

Our last name was printed wrong, and still deciding if I even like the way it was put in the box
I send my dress and veil to be preserved and I asked for our names and our wedding date to be printed on the box in Sage Green. The first time I got it, the personalization was done in black with a bright yellow highlight. I sent it back to be fixed and it arrived incorrect again. This time it was a dark gray and the box was dented and looks like a it has been through the wringer. I called and left a voicemail and no one called me back.
