Slow and fought with me for several weeks about paying an extra amount to the point my mother had to call (I’m a young adult) and the dress is okay but looks a little dark in my eyes. Maybe I’m just wrong.

You slept my name wrong on the box , instead of Mrs. Gulchuk it says Mrs, Guichuk
I’m pretty upset by it. It’s in a corner, and I don’t think I’ll ever display it. I had a beaded belt on the gown, and someone broke a jewel off. They tried gluing it back on (you can see the glue spiderwebs), but that failed, and now it’s missing a large jewel in the front. Plus the belt is laying sideways and isn’t displayed beautifully.

I am pretty unhappy with how my gown was packaged. It is crooked in the box with one side of the bust stuffed more than the other and the bottom of the gown where the chiffon starts is all bunched up and just kind of stuffed in there and does not lay right at all. There are also multiple areas of the beading where there are loose strings hanging around where it appears the beads have come off. The dress was not put in the box properly. The beaded belt is all out of the place. The veil is covering up the dress. The bra cups are coming out the front where you can see them
