My dress came back and looks amazing and the price was very reasonable!
The gown came back preserved in less time than I was originally quoted and it looked great! BUT, I was charged an additional $20 for 2 pins bobby-pin like adornments that I can't even see through the window. I think that was unfair, as the description read "veil/headpiece" for $20. I should have been contacted to see if I wanted to add this, in which case I would had no and they could have been returned.
Process was very quick and without any unexpected occurrences. Dress looks beautiful in preservation box.I love the minimal branding and embellishments printed on the box as i didn't want this taking away from the dress if i choose to display it in the future.
They did an amazing job and was very quick!

I had a great experience with Memories Gown Preservation. The process was easy, and I am very happy with my preserved gown. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
My only complaint is that the tag that was on the belt of my dress was left exposed. I live in a small house and didn’t have a spot I wanted to display it right now anyways, but it would have been nice if the tag had been tucked in to where you could not see it. Other than that it looks good.
Dress was very nice, but my sister got a nice pink handle box to store hers in and I didn’t. I would really appreciate the box to be sent to me. My mom had my dress and my 2 sisters done as our gift 2 didn’t come in the pink handle storage box and 1 did. It was upsetting to my mom as well as my self and my sister Kayla Gaines. Dresses looked nice.
