Everything was completed perfectly! One day my daughter will take it out of the box and find a beautifully preserved gown. Thank you so much, I was so surprised to find my name and wedding date printed on the outside of the box. Would highly recommend.

The first delivery back I received was my dress but the box has the wrong name and date. I called the main # and was connected with a very nice woman who sent me a return label to send the box back. I received the corrected box and dress soon after. While it was a little rocky, they did an incredible job. The dress looks great and I'm thrilled I did this to preserve it.

Great experience! Easy to work with! I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved and it turned out beautiful! I received my dress back in a timely manner perfectly sealed in its box. Absolutely love it! Thank you so much!
I sent my wedding dress out to be cleaned and preserved, and I got it back very quickly! I was impressed at how fast the turnaround time was. I haven't opened the box because it's sealed up with the anti-yellowing stuff but it looks beautiful and clean through the window on the box! The only issue I had was that I had paid for a customization on the front of the box, but it was not there when I got it back. I’ve used Memories twice in the past. One for my daughter and my wedding dress also. Unfortunately, this last time when we received my youngest daughters gown, the preserve box had a cress/dent on front which takes away from the whole point of preserving it to make it presentable. I don’t feel that it was Memories fault tho. I feel that it happened during shipping cause the outer box also had a hole in it at same area. Just upset me cause my daughter was rather disappointed about the defect.

The dress in box is all good. However, the box is wrapped in plastic and there’s a hair stuck in between. Not the biggest deal but sucks that it is right in the front
