Overall, it was an easy experience and my dress does look pretty. I’m glad that I decided to preserve it for years to come. However, the font I chose for the outside of the box was wrong. They didn’t use the one I picked. And the dress has like a little gathering section in the front. Almost like they didn’t pull it down all the way or something. I purchased a Memories Gown Preservation box with cleaning service at David’s Bridal when purchasing my wedding gown. The Memories Gown box came with simple instructions and everything you need to mail your dress to them. There was an additional form if you wanted to add repairs, upgrades and personalized lettering to the box. I had a simple question and gave them a call and they answered the phone and my questions. The first delivery back I received was my dress but the box has the wrong name and date. I called the main # and was connected with a very nice woman who sent me a return label to send the box back. I received the corrected box and dress soon after. While it was a little rocky, they did an incredible job. The dress looks great and I'm thrilled I did this to preserve it.
