I upgraded and got the personalization on the box, it wasn't really worth it. The text on the box was small compared to the amount of space they had for it, and it was not centered at all. They also didn't do much in the way of giving the dress any shape, or making sure all the folds of the tulle looked right before wrapping it. Overall, it was just meh.

Everything was explained very well with simple to follow directions and everything that was needed was in the box to mail. Received the preserved gown back qui. Looks very nice.

It was packaged all well and looked good and I appreciate that I was just a little disappointed that there was still a spot that didn’t come out of my dress and it’s noticeable through the packaging.

The entire process was so much easier than I expected! It was very convenient to pack the dress and accessories and ship them off! And much to my surprise I had the dress cleaned and beautifully preserved and returned in under two weeks! It looks absolutely gorgeous in the box! And with the guarantee, it will be perfect for my daughter when she gets married some day!

Overall, it was an easy experience and my dress does look pretty. I’m glad that I decided to preserve it for years to come. However, the font I chose for the outside of the box was wrong. They didn’t use the one I picked. And the dress has like a little gathering section in the front. Almost like they didn’t pull it down all the way or something.
