I bought the wedding dress preservation kit about a month ago and I am SO HAPPY with this service. It has been cleaned, properly preserved, and displayed in a really nice box. The instructions were easy to follow. The dress came back so quickly. The box was packaged really well and in perfect condition when it arrived. The company provides a preservation certificate on the box. Loved this service and would highly recommend!!

I went through David’s Bridal (in MI) for gown cleaning & preservation after our wedding. Going through the process at the store was very easy & the manager did everything for us. I was expecting my dress to be gone for at least a month and about 2 weeks later it was delivered and beautifully packaged!!! It is displayed in a box & also shrink wrapped & sealed. I upgraded and got the personalization on the box, it wasn't really worth it. The text on the box was small compared to the amount of space they had for it, and it was not centered at all. They also didn't do much in the way of giving the dress any shape, or making sure all the folds of the tulle looked right before wrapping it. Overall, it was just meh.

Everything was explained very well with simple to follow directions and everything that was needed was in the box to mail. Received the preserved gown back qui. Looks very nice.

It was packaged all well and looked good and I appreciate that I was just a little disappointed that there was still a spot that didn’t come out of my dress and it’s noticeable through the packaging.

The entire process was so much easier than I expected! It was very convenient to pack the dress and accessories and ship them off! And much to my surprise I had the dress cleaned and beautifully preserved and returned in under two weeks! It looks absolutely gorgeous in the box! And with the guarantee, it will be perfect for my daughter when she gets married some day!
