First my dress was sent to me not in a window box due to the size. I had to send it back to get layers taken out. Then when I received it the second time it was not in the box that was shown to me at the time of purchase. Just slightly disappointed in the quality of that.

The process was very easy to mail my daughters gown for preservation. It was returned sooner than I expected. The only other suggestion I would like to interject is an accompanying picture after cleaning may have put my mind at easy as it did have 1 moderate stain on it and I would like to know if it was removed. Otherwise 5 star experience.

The entire process went so smoothly Love the way it was done and personalized My daughter wanted my dress preserved and did it as a gift to me. It was in the attic for 36 years and it came out perfectly. Even the veil.

The dress and items look great inside the box. The box, however, did not come in great shape. The corners are banged up and very obvious. I won’t be able to display it, it will have to stay in the closet. I recommend lots of bubble wrap around the boxes for future orders.

1. I asked to be informed if stains did not come out. This dress will be handed down so that was VERY important and now we won't know until we open it. 2. White ribbon across the center takes away from what the bodice looked like. Clear elastic would have been nicer. 3. I paid to have my veil included. Which it was but the decorative parts are not visible. If i knew that the trim was going to be hidden i would not have paid to include it.
