This was a very easy process and my gown look. Beautiful. Fast and professional,
Easy to follow instructions. Sent off on Saturday at UPS store, and got dress back on Friday, so service was fast. (I live in the same shipping zone which explains the speedy delivery). Dress nicely packed. Thank you.

I think you did a good job, but there is an obvious hair on the gown that you can see through the packaging.

My dress was sitting in a closet since my wedding, 10 years ago. It was still in the garment bag. I decided to have it cleaned and preserved in a box for easy storage. It was easy to look up and use their website. I was amazed how fast the return box and info came. And it was easy to fill out the form and ship. I got the send off materials from David’s bridal and shipping was fine. I was disappointed that the details on my veil couldn’t be seen, and their was a $20 charge to “preserve” my tiara. The box had several creases on the front instead of staying flat and looking nice and neat.
Picked up a kit from David's Bridal. Assembled the mailer and packed the dress and then filled out the form quickly, dropped the package off at UPS and in short order the dress was returned cleaned and carefully packed. The price was very competitive compared to other cleaners. A seamless experience.
