It came back better than expected and in a very fast turnaround time too! The dress looks beautiful in the box and couldn’t be happier!!

Bought a preservation kit from David's Bridal that used this company for cleaning and preserving wedding gowns. From packing my gown and shipping it to their warehouse, the whole process was easy. The dress arrived (cleaned and preserved) really quickly and it looked really professional. The only thing I didn't like was how plain the box looked. Everything was great with one exception. The wedding gown has an empire waist but in the box the band was placed at the natural waist. I am concerned that the band will put a permanent crease in the fabric. Also, the band placement gave the dress an odd shape, making the presentation less than ideal.
