My dress came back in a timely manner. It was wrapped in a dollhouse box and throughly cleaned. It’s beautiful! I highly recommend using this company
Really good dress was my mother’s and I wore it when I got married, so it’s 62 years old.
Super quick and easy! Received my dress back cleaned, placed nicely in a box and sealed with plastic wrap within a couple weeks of shipping it off. Would definitely recommend having your wedding dress cleaned and preserved by these guys!
I liked it, when i finally received my gown. The only thing I hate is that I never received a tracking number and my dress was sitting here in South Carolina at UPS for 2weeks. I decided to call and found out it was here and at UPS smh not good. Good until that happened.
From what I can tell from window of the box cleaning was done beautifully but don’t want to remove packaging to further inspect. Only thing that would have made it better would have been placement in the box. The top of the dress isn’t straight and the pleats on the front aren’t folded along creases. It’s the small details that matters when I can only see approximately 18 inches of the dress they the window of the box!
I liked that the service was quick and I was able to track where my gown was. I feel that the preservation looks a little cheap, they also strung a white ribbon around my gown, making it look like there was a belt when there was not one. Also, I can see the stitches into the bodice, and I felt that it was not wrapped around the bodice as well as it could have been.

Everything looks so beautifully done. My wedding dress looks brand new. I love the opening of the box so I can look back and admire it, not having to just rely on photos. 10/10. I definitely refer to family and friends now.
