The dress looks great, but there is some sort of black hair in my dress. I do not have black hair and neither doesn’t my husband. Not sure where it came from but it is somewhat distracting.

I used this company to clean/preserve my wedding dress. I had been looking at it hanging up in my closet/taking up space for two years and finally decided to get it professionally done. I was so worried about sending it off and having it be lost somewhere in the mail, but the delivery communication was so good. So happy with my experience! I have had my wedding dress in the bag hanging on the back of my bathroom door since June 24, 2017. I finally decided to do something with it so I started my search. We were luck enough to have left out Just Married writing on our car which also had our names on it. One of our apartment neighbors from a completely different building left a note on our car saying they got a package with my name in it but their address. We contacted him and were able to pick up my package which was my dress. Thankfully he was kind enough to find the correct owner.
