On time as expected and excellent job.
1st Minnie Lou is amazing! Her customer service was spectacular the day I dropped the dress off. I was having a bad day and she connected with me like we were best friends. She even came from behind the counter to give me a hug. Now the day I picked it up eas different. There was one guy working and I was 1 of 4 to arrive at once. He gave me the christening box that I ordered. It had a greasy stain on it, but the inventory of boxes is kept at a different location. So I need to swap it out there. Always a pleasure to come to Medlin Davis, the staff is helpful and service is reliable. They said they might not be able to remove the entire stain and didn't charge full price.
This was my first time using Medlin-Davis Cleaners but it definitely will not be my last. I need to have my dress cleaned and pressed and returned the next day. Medlin-Davis was able to do this in the time I requested and it was done for a reasonable price. Thank you so much for helping me!

My experience thus far has been great. Teresa at the front desk is very helpful and attentive to all requests. She greeted me by name after only the first visit.You should give her a raise! Excellent customer service so far!
You guys are terrific.
I had my son bring in a bag of clothes for me, and I received a call about an hour later saying she noticed I had several sweaters, and could save 30% each if I wanted to wait until Thursday to pick them up. Excellent customer service!! The ladies in the Bent Tree location are always very friendly and cheerful, and often remember me by name. The 'autopay' function saves me time as well.
