I came in with stains on my button down shirt and was told the stains would be removed. I trusted that they would be removed, but received the shirt back with the stains still present.

When I received my shirts back two were stained with blue ink.

There was a crease on the pocket of the shirt. It took ~2 hours to iron out. The creases were predominantly visable from the front which is not a good thing to have on a shirt and not acceptable on a uniform. Other then that service was good.

My clothes were put in under another person's name, was charged the wrong amount the first time the clothes got lost and I never got all my items back

For some reason, when I went to pick up my clothes, the nice young lady told me that it was telling me that they didn't have my two items. These two items were my fiances suit, and we had a wedding on Saturday. I dropped off the suit on Wednesday afternoon, and they told me it would be ready the next day after 5. I didn't come to pick them up until about 3 on Friday. She told me that they didn't know where it was-- but she asked me to describe it so they could find it. She told me she would call me. I have a suggestion: when I received an email 2 weeks ago telling me that I had "one piece" ready for pick-up, I naturally assumed that it was the wedding gown that I left to be preserved. Even though it said $0.00, I thought that meant I had not prepaid. I drove for 90 minutes to go to Raleigh to pick it up and found out that the "piece" that was ready was simply the bridal bag the dress had come in. I was displeased with how expensive the services were. I paid almost $20 to have a short dress cleaned. This is a ridiculous amount, as I have had a much nicer dress cleaned for a lesser amount elsewhere. I likely will not do business there again.

It was relatively expensive, and while cleaned, my slacks were not ironed well. There was a very distinct crease that seemed like a quick fix, and made from a careless error.
