I had a terrible experience with Medlin Davis. I brought in two sets of uniforms and a suit coat on a Saturday afternoon. I gave specific instructions on how the uniforms were to be pressed, and the cashier brushed me off, saying that's how all uniforms of that type are done. He specifically said they would be cleaned on Monday and could be picked up at any time on Tuesday. In my opinion this is a much longer than necessary wait already. my slipcover for my sofa was completely ruined. It shrunk by 7 inches and I now have to get not only one sofa completely recovered, but two since they are two of an exact match. This will cost me over $1,000 between the fabric and the labor. The slipcover must have been washed instead of dry cleaned.

Took a long time (20 minutes) to gather all the items I had dropped off. they were not grouped. Then, could not locate two items but finally realized they were in another pack. On the sheets, it does not make sense to pay to have sheets ironed and pressed and then you fold them into a 12" by 14" bag. Put them on a hanger , folded as broad as possible and leave length as long as possible.

It was extremely expensive for 2 suit jackets and a pair of pants. I'm a college student and I can't afford to pay $25 for that. I will not be back.

I had my wedding dress and veil cleaned and preserved. When I came to pick up my dress, I was in the store for a good 30 minutes. First, I asked to use a visa card that I had $45 (visa gift card) and then pay the remainder on my debit card. First, I was told I HAD to use the card on file. Then I was told I actually didn't and she could split up the costs. Then she told me she was receiving error messages and neither card was charged. I like the email communication my items are ready. Text would be preferred over email. Upon my second visit , the clerk lacked essential customer service skills. She said " I think I am supposed to tell you some sequens may fall off" I said "well, do you have an alternate cleaning method" she then proceeded to tell me about it. She should have started her conversation that way. She basically dropped negative information without a solution ( which I jad to ask about). She was nice but could use a lottle coaching.

Dropped off 10 shirts requesting same day service. Received 9 shirts back after personally counting. Was told that "oh - it was a split order." When I asked why, they said they could not get a stain out and it appeared that the shirt had been dropped and soiled after cleaning. Asked to get it the next day. They asked, "when?" I said, "how early could I get it." They said, "when do you want it?" I said, "I wanted it today?" I finally offered how about 9 am. They said, "we'll try." My clothes came out great! The stains in my clothes were gone and they had a refreshing, clean scent to them. The fabric even felt softer.

First time having Medlin launder and press my bed linens. I was very pleased with the results, although your prices are significantly higher than Rollins Cleaners ($22 versus $13).
