I dropped off a brand new white shirt to be cleaned/steamed for my engagement pictures and picked it up with three small brown stains on the sleeve. I cannot tell you how frustrated and upset I am. The shirt was expensive and I was so excited about wearing it.
Dropped off three comforters. Stains were all still there. When I asked cashier about it she just shrugged. She obviously didn't care if I was pleased or not. I dont mind paying $90 for dry cleaning but I don't like spending my money with people that I don't feel even tried to do a good job. She could have turned that situation around and still created a positive experience but she didn't care even to try.
Our delivery service is always great. But, I did have an item I needed to pick up at your location last week and didn't have a great experience. There were 3 teenagers in the store. The one who helped me was fine but he wasn't too sure about what he was doing. The other 2 kids didn't seem too interested in helping him. One was a girl and the other was a blonde haired boy. Great job just no dry cleaning bag left behind...
The bag left out on Thursday March 31 (containing one navy blue and one black wool Peter Millar man's vests-Size XL and one pair of khaki man's dress slacks-Size 38 (no manufacturer info. available.) was not returned and the cleaning was not delivered. Cleaning left in a plastic, non-Medlin Davis bag on Monday, April 4 was returned on April 7 but one pair of man's brown dress slacks was missing and a pair of brown womens' slacks by Anne Taylor were substituted by mistake. The problem with stains on my shirt collars has not been solved.
Dropped off a white Ann Taylor blouse, picked up a now splotchy, blue Ann Taylor blouse with brown stains on it. Pressed and hanging like it was all good, clean and ready to go. Really? They even charged me for it. Not my first bad experience here either. I stopped using them for a long time because they couldn't perform. 3rd strike.
I have just this morning sent a message regarding my experience but I will rewrite now. About two weeks ago, 4 blue placements were brought in for cleaning. When we went for pick up, only one was ready and we were told the others would be ready the next day. They were not and we were told, "within the week."
