Good - my dry cleaning was not delivered back on Thurs. 11/29, I called and received a return call from Blake and he explained as to why I did not get the clothes back on Thurs. I finally received them on Monday 12/3. I had to call as to how I pay for the service and spoke to Lee - he e-mailed me the invoice. I will set up an auto payment, but I would like an invoice when charged.

I got a down comforter dry cleaned. It had some yellowish stains in it that were removed after dry cleaning. The comforter had an odd smell to it after. My biggest concern was the price for having the comforter dry cleaned. Very expensive!!!

This was my first time using this dry cleaners and all I got was a rude person with a terrible attitude - twice!!! On both drop off and pickup. Not only that, when I questioned the price of one of my items (it was much more expensive than anticipated for a "press-only"shirt), I was told that there were a bunch of add-on fees. This was not stated upfront, so how am I supposed to know this when there is no price list readily available--I had to ask. I think that some rough or too hot ironing of my wool shirts has caused some pilling/fraying at the seem where the cuff meets the sleeve. The seam is noticeably flattened when it should not be. I will be comparing/experimenting with my other shirts to determine if this is a cleaning issue or the result of rolling the sleeves frequently...I have never seen this issue before.

I brought a suit in to be cleaned and have some buttons replaced and a small hole repaired. When I picked up the suit, it looked worse. More holes appeared and some fabric in a entirely different spot looked liked it had been rubbed with sand paper. When I pointed this out, the cleaner blamed it on the tailor, then the tailor blamed it on the cleaner. I feel like if the tailor could not properly fix the holes, they should have refused the job. I dropped a mattress cover off at about 8 AM. The person at the cash register checked in the back and said it would be ready by 3:30 PM. When I showed up at 3:30 PM nothing had been done. The pad was in a bin in the back. It appears that it was just forgotten. So I took the pad back and went home. Not very good service.
