I felt to expensive and was misquoted cost of cleaning at front desk. It was supposed to be 12-15 and came back over 18, wouldn't have done it had I known would have been that much.

Great having the convenience of home pick up and delivery! After receiving the bag on our door, I decided to try it out, but I dropped off our clothes at the store so I could explain that my son's coast guard uniform shirt needed to keep the creases where they were (military press). It arrived at our home a few days later pressed and folded like a regular shirt. I returned the shirt to the store to be re-pressed. I'm hoping it will be done correctly and the new creases that were pressed in won't show.

Appreciate the email to let me know when my clothes were ready. I also like the fact that they're open on Sunday

Terrible. Expensive and didn't remove stain. If my normal cleaner had not been closed, I would never have gone there.

Everytime I've used the service the drop off time is said to be 8:30am on tues/Friday however my drop offs never occur until after 12pm. This has happened 3 times. It would be more to your advantage to set the proper expectation to your costomers that you will arrive at a time range instead of stating a certain time that is consistently not met.

So I asked on two separate occasions how much it would cost to have a comforter laundered and was told on two occasions (including when the item was in your hands) that it would be less than $30. Then I got an email saying it would be $48 and change. I replied to the email that I didn't understand the charge and received no reply back. When I went in to pick it up I also questioned the charge and the guy helping me said he thought it was wrong too. But he asked and said that this was the correct amount. Pleased with the quality of the cleaning. However, times are difficult economically for most and your pricing is not sympathetic to that reality. The price I paid for only 13 articles of clothing came just shy of $100! Most cleaners on average would have charged me only HALF that price. It's obvious that your appeal is to the more affluent customer base. But, doesn't the average hardworking customer deserve the benefits of quality cleaning, too? At REASONABLE pricing?

Good job with dry cleaning, but found the price point very expensive. $36 for a dress, shorts and two blouses seems very expensive. I couldn't find a price sheet anywhere to verify I was charged the correct amount either. I did enjoy the quick service!

I dropped off my shirts and pants off last Thursday and asked for same day. I was told to come back after 5. I came back around 4:30 and was told they were not ready.. no big deal since I was early so I told the lady I would come back tomorrow morning. When I came back Friday morning around 7:10a, I was told they had not even been washed yet and were not ready. I had other items to drop off so I dropped them off then as well and was told I would get a call after she spoke to the manager about getting the late items for free ... read more
