No, actually I have a problem with how my baby blanket's edging was applied and the choice of the material used. It was not what I had asked for. I would appreciate the chance to bring it back in and discuss it with the manager. Thank you.

I think it is a bit overpriced, and my clothes were not pressed as well as I expected.

I turned in 4 garments for stain removal, 3 got taken care of but the 4th was unchanged. They told me they would try again, but refused to let me take it back without paying for the cleaning. I understand how dry cleaners work, and that you are paying for the time, but if you are charging $7 per shirt, it should be 100% satisfaction or your money back. I'm asking for all $28, just the cost of the 1 shirt being cleaned. I don't really care, but for your other customers, you should really focus on customer satisfaction if you ... read more

We decided to try Medlin Davis because our current dry cleaner still gave my husband starched shirts with a few wrinkles. We thought being in cameron village the service here would be better. I was HORRIFIED!!!! My husband's shirt that was worn ONLY TWO times that is a CUSTOM shirt came back not only wrinkled on the sleeves but with three drip stains just under the shoulder and a black spot on the collar. The service itself was fine, but I gave my jacket and pants to the cleaner with a garment bag. My garment bag was nowhere to be found when I picked it up. I asked for it and the employee told me she would look. She did, but could not locate it. She said she would talk to her manager about it, but I have yet to be contacted by Medlin-Davis again.

Brought in a women's wool suit with a stain on skirt. Girl at desk very nice, marked stain with red tape. Wife came back on Monday to pick up. I had prepaid. Spot not gone. Someone there indicated tape must have come off. Re-did it. Picked up Wednesday. Spot still there. Showed it to the same, pleasant young woman who helped each time had been in. She took it to the back and came back 5 min later with the spot gone! That young lady was great. The red tape must be the problem. My first and last experience at Medlin Davis.

It's convenient, although all 4 of my shirts were severely wrinkled under the armpits, 3 of which were terrible. They were only hanging on the door for about an hour and a half before being brought in. I have used other curb delivery and never had this problem (especially with all 4 shirts). I just sent 3-4 more shirts in to get cleaned and we'll see how those come back before I decide to completely make the switch from Brother's.
