The girl at the reception didn’t care at all. Was kind of rude.
I sent you a denim shirt, light weight cotton, it was cleaned but not ironed - at least not obviously ironed. The wrinkles on the back are still there and the cuffs and collar don't look ironed. I'd like to leave it for pick this Thursday and have you try again. Thank You, Mary Sheridan
My suede coat doesn't appear to have been cleaned at all - not even suede brush marks. For $70, I would expect some visible evidence of cleaning. I will be returning it and inquiring about it. Thanks for asking.
First time client. Long wait for clerk to find slacks for patron in front of me. Picking up wedding gown after special cleaning and wanted to confirm correct gown in box, since it was sealed and could not access clear view box. The service was fine overall, but one of the shirts that I brought to get cleaned was not ready by the time that was stated on my receipt. I came to pick up my dry cleaning a few hours after the stated time... my suit was ready but my shirt was not. It was still in the washer and I absolutely needed to have it for an event I had the next day. I was told I could pick it up in the morning, but I had a flight before they opened back up. I took a pair of jeans to have the zipper replaced . Paid for it got home same zipper. Made a trip to the store to get my money back they said they couldn't give it to me because there was not a manager on duty not happy.!!! So now I have to make another trip to the store when there is a manager there not happy about that either.
I wish someone told me how much your services were. Incredibly high and the prices were not posted.
This was my first pick up experience. It took 22 minutes to get my clothes and there was a line out the door for pick-up. Also, I have no clue what the cleaning cost per item. I had a large $90 bill charged to my credit card but no detail or receipt is provided. Finally, two of my sweaters were properly folded and hung on hangers. Three others were rolled in a paper bag. I’ve never seen that and they are wrinkled and not wearable.
I'm not really the type to give negative feedback to a business, as I work in a customer service-based industry so I know you all are probably fielding all sorts of complaints about trivial things, and I didn't want to be one of "those" customers.
