Clothes where in great shape. Drop off was scheduled for 8:30am clothes arrived at 1pm (not a big deal this time it was a holiday). We are part of a deal through the Mordecai town homes where we receive a credit of $500. I'm a little confused to why one load of regular laundry was $29. Dry cleaning was a good price and done well.

I am still having problems with collar stains on my white shirts. This was to be corrected, but wasn't.

Drop off went well. Pick up was another story. Apparently none of the stains on my jersey were able to come out. As I was checking over my garment, I told the girl this. She gave me nothing but attitude and grabbed at a tag that stated some stains were unable to be removed. I had never been there before, let alone get things dry-cleaned, how was i supposed to know they put a tag on the hanger? Maybe tell the customer as you're bringing it out? Attendant could not remember my name... Had to return to the car twice with repeated spellings of my name to get it correct. I've been coming here for 2 years (Cameron village) and I've never had so many problems picking up an order! One sweater was returned with noticeable white rings under the arms... not all of the deodorant residue had washed out. Had to do a touch up wash in the sink at home. Just disappointed.

Sadly our comforters were ruined and the claim process is such that one gets such little reimbursement that one cannot even replace the items. I was disappointed that the amount reimbursed was less than we would pay your company to clean them. This was our first time coming to your establishment.

Brought back a shrunken sweater prior to Christmas. Manager tried to stretch it unsuccessfully. Was told I would receive a check for the cost of the sweater (nearly new J Crew Cashmere) for $200. Nothing has been received yet and when my husband went today he was told I would have to go back again Monday to speak with a manager! Outrageous. We spend hundreds of dollars a month at your facility and this customer service is absolutely terrible. I realize you have a number of young people working part-time. The large majority of them are courteous and professional. About once every 90 days, someone may have a bad attitude, but overall it seems that management trains them to smile and be friendly.

Well, to be honest it wasn't a great experience. I went thru the drive-thru and it took a very long time - more than 15 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me when I pulled up. I saw at least 4 people walk in and walk out before someone came out to my car. Next time I will skip the drive-thru and just walk in. I used to live in North Raleigh and have my dry cleaning delivered so maybe I'm just spoiled. Once someone did finally come out to my car, he was very courteous.

If I could have given you no stars, I would have ! You ruin my outfit and didn't think it was important to pay to replace it. The owner is rude and I will make sure I never recommend your business. The $180 goodwill would have done you wonders! NEVER use this place to dry clean anything you care about! Might pay the N&O to take out the front page of the paper to make this known!
