I was charged twice as much as I was told my garment would cost to clean when I came to pick it up, and when my garment was returned there were several large spots/stains that were not there when I dropped my item off. Your staff was able to reclean the garment thankfully, but I will definitely be taking my garments to another dry cleaning company in the future.

I took my dress to you for the first time because I couldn't make it to my normal cleaners in Chapel Hill. I have a 2 color dress that discount cleaners are not comfortable with, so I needed a "regular" cleaners. I chose you by reputation. Not only was my dress not ready by 5 the day I dropped it off, but it was returned dingy. The white now looks beige or grayish. Meanwhile you were "unable" to remove stains. The person working the register was very rude. I was not given an estimate of the amount when I dropped my items off. The wrong email was put in the system and no one ever called me to let me know my items were done.

I enjoyed the convenience of the service and condition of my clothes upon pick-up. My dress shirts were dry cleaned and nicely pressed. But, I asked simply for my clothing to be laundered. Because of this, my bill was significantly more than what I was told. This will cause me to think twice before considering Medlin-Davis in the future.

I brought in a very old wool hooked rug for cleaning. I was assured that your business could handle it. I don't know if it was dry rotten, or if the treatment was too strong. Anyway, it's literally coming apart. Granted I wasn't charged, didn't know if that was because it was my first time there, or because of how it looked.at any rate I would have appreciated a call to let me know what the status was, not just to hand it to me with no explanation as to why it looked like it did. You cleaned the stole of my choir robe which is red with white trim. The white was bright indicating that you had done a good job cleaning it.

Came to Medlin-Davis Cleaners for wedding gown cleaning and preservation. Lack of communication was apparent from the start. Manager in charge of the wedding gown services wasn't there when I tried to drop off my dress the first time, was told to come back. There is no indication of this on their website, which would have saved me a trip. When I did finally drop off my dress, I was given a date of when my dress would be ready, which would be a month after drop off. I took a rain coat/ jacket in to just get freshened up because it has been in my closet for a year. Now my zipper/ buttons smell like old metal and have a residue and there were a few what looked like small soap marks. I didnt think it would go in a wet washer which is why I took it to a dry cleaner.
