No problem with the quality of your work. Very overpriced to press only a woman’s tank top. Will not continue to go to Medlin without significant discount opportunities.
I sent a message earlier complaining that my clothes had not been picked up. When I returned to my front door they were gone.. I hope you were the ones who got them. I’m sure Tim got them. Sorry for my premature complaint.
I called yesterday and told whoever answered that I had clothes that I wanted picked up. It is 1:20 and they are still hanging on my front door. I put them out last night. Now I am going to have to bring them in.
Among the items I brought in was a two piece seersucker suit. After I looked over the order, I only got the pants back. Where is the jacket?

Chaotic service from one very unprofessional employee. 8 day wait for cleaning and up charge on 3 of 5 items. Order wasn’t ready when promised so made extra trip. No explanation for any of each the very unusual changes for your regular dry cleaning norms.
Payed an outrageous amount of money for 2 leather coats only to return one for a do over. Lot of wasted time and gas for very little quality
