Lost a set of pants and button down
This is SEPTRMBER! and you are just now letting me know about the August special?
Iight starch became heavy starch. Cardboard shirts do not wear well.
Went to pick up my clothes and they were not ready when the lady told me they would be. Just a bit frustrated and these were all of my work shirts and I did not have one for the next day.
This dry cleaner is not careful. They have ruined several pieces of our clothing and do not stand behind their work. Very poor customer service! Use another cleaner if you want your clothes to be cared for.
Poor customer service. Gave me a printed ticket with the date of pick up only for me to arrive and find out they changed the date to the next day without letting me know. Overpriced. Charged $75 to take up sleeves and a hem. Will not come back.
There were a few black stains on the chest of the jumpsuit, and I took it to Medlin Davis because they always do such a good job but when the jumpsuit was returned time there was a note that they couldn’t remove all the stains but there was new stains on the side and straps where evidentially it was washed incorrectly and either the cleaning solution or something stained my white jump suit pinkish
You lost A pillow sham and I had to come back because all of my dry cleaning wasn’t completed. Keep in mind, you text me and told me the order was ready.
I‘ have used M-D for my personal dry cleaning with my home info. I made the mistake of signing up for pickup and delivery at my work location and now my records in the M-D system are messed up. I get robocalls unnecessarily to my personal phone number and also emails to my personal email. I don’t know how to get out of the loop. I caused myself more headache than convenience. Which convenience was why I signed up at work.
