I wish I read reviews before going to this horrible place. I brought two of my chefs coats for work to get them cleaned and starched. I brought them in at 12 PM. I need a big coats by 10 AM the next morning, and they told me that they could rush them. I left and then received a text at 3:30 PM saying that the coats were ready. I refused to pay for this when I saw that the stuffing in this item was all bunched together after it was cleaned! I told the man who showed it to me after it was cleaned that it didn't cost as much as the dry cleaning was going to cost! Will you PLEASE STOP sending me these emails! I do not want the comforter anymore! Throw it away!! PLEASE...PLEASE!!
This order was supposed to be same day service. Wasn't ready till next day. Needed for an event that night. Very disappointed.
Three of my blankets were not returned. Two were white, twin size and one was lite ochre queen size. I did not check the order until yesterday because I have been having a lot of work done on my home. Please look around your storage area, I think my things were stored in your Orange warehouse for a week or two and were probably overlooked when delivered back to me
FIRST and LAST time customer. On Saturday morning I brought in a brand new jumpsuit that I had accidentally damaged the zipper on. I had removed the damaged zipper and bought another one exactly the same to just have it sewed on. I explained to the seamstress what I needed and she said it would be ready for pick up Tuesday morning. You guys took it upon yourself to dry clean shirts for over 5.00 each when they were always laundered for 1.80. I did not notice that until I looked at my bill. If this is not rectified, I will be using service elsewhere and let my co-workers at Beckman Coulter know of this as well
Change prices I should have asked how much just never thought it would cost 7.21 to dry clean a pair of pants will not be back
I brought in a duvet set and short jacket to dry clean using my $25 coupon. The cost was $33 for the duvet and $6.75 for the jacket. Since I was using another coupon for my alterations (Nancy is the best!) I could not use both so still had time. I returned and had the the above dry cleaned and applied the $25 coupon.
