I feel like I was charged way more then I should have been. I asked it I got the 5.00 off for checking in. No receipt was given to me. I paid 27 for two jeans being shortened. They even removed the tag on my bag when I asked if they had removed the 5.00 off.

1st time visit just lost one shirt. When I pick up the clothes, didn't tell me about 1 shirts is missing, really upset me! now is 3days, still didn't hear from the store! what kind of service this is?!?!

I will not be returning. New customer, signed up and received several emails and coupons (including a New Customer 20% off) But was not allowed to use it. Must be used when dropping off, how would I know that or even have it if I’m a new customer?! Poor customer service.

I picked up my order today and somebody replaced the buttons on my dress. I had not been notified that there was an issue with the buttons nor that they would be replaced. The replacement buttons are not the same as the ones I had on the dress. I had gone to a specialty notions store in Fullerton to find the exact buttons for this dress and was extremely disappointed that they had been replaced with something different. Pricing upfront was unclear. The wash and fold prices were not explained clearly, I thought it was by the lb. not clear that first 10 lbs is a fixed price. Would have been helpful to know. Service was fine, clothes done well.

Every time I call to set up a pick up date, the driver never shows up and my stuff sits outside all day. I will call to find out what happened and they set up another pick up day. This last time I called, the driver never showed up. I called and the actual driver called me the next day. He said he would come by for sure and apologized for the mistake. Problem is...he still never showed up!!! My stuff sat outside 2 days in a row! I am done with you guys....you are unreliable and I am not happy with your company.

Good customer service at drop off. When I picked up the dress on Sunday, the gal wasn't very friendly, didn't smile or greet us. I'll still do business with you, in the end, the price was fair with the alteration.
