A nice man came over to our house even though we do have a "no soliciting" sign, and although it was inconvenient during out infant's bath time, he explained some specials and to come on by. Jerry was very rude and called me a liar on 3 accounts. 1: Denied that $5 off $10 coupon that was given to me even existed. (Coupon was accepted by another employee when order was dropped off) 2: Would not honor a cash credit in excess of $45 dollars on the grounds that "he worked hard" on clothing that was still very much stained. 3: Claimed that said stains were "Very old" when the jackets themselves were only 3 months old and the stains only a few days. I thought they would remove the pilling on my coat (I asked) but nothing was done unfortunately. Coat was cleaned nicely.
You did NOT even get the stains out of my Jerseys and STILL Charged me FULL Price I will never come back Horrible Service
Way over priced!!!! $85 for dry cleaning is more than I have ever paid in my life for a few shirts and sundresses. Won't be back again.
I will NEVER GO BACK HERE!! Brought in 8 dress shirts and a Sports Coat. Went to pick it up and they only had 8 shirts No Jacket! I told them that the jacket wasn't there and she needed the color and brand of jacket. I said I don't know the brand because these are my sons clothes and she says there's nothing I can do without knowing the brand that she would have to go through every garment looking for it which is a lot of work. Good job , over priced
I brought a sweatshirt to be repaired and asked for it not to be cleaned. But to patch a small hole. They did not patch the hole and just dry cleaned the sweat shirt!! horrible!!
Service was fine. Price was ridiculous.
