I specifically asked for my 9 pieces to be pressed only because I washed the garments before I brought them in. Somebody somewhere made a mistake and had my garments laundered. Mistakes happen I get that. I hope that is the only time it happens because I will take my business elsewhere if it happens again.

First time at this business. Asked about the pricing and ok Adt said she would give me a 10% discount for my first time. Never received it.
The store is close and convenient to our house. Clothes are clean. The store took wire hangers from me to recycle. I had them from cleaning out my parents house. I was grateful because I didn’t want to throw them away.
Thanks for acknowledging us vets. It seems that these days the Liberals are trying to tear down our country. No respect for Police, etc.
Quality of work is good. What's beginning to fail is customer service. Employees used to be pleasant and actually remembered my name. When I drop off my bag of laundry/dry cleaning, I also used to get an e-mail confirmation showing the number of pieces and the day when my clothes would be ready for pick-up. During my last visit the computer system did not work. I had to provide my credit card so the owner could copy the numbers and then she copied the numbers incorrectly. Along with misplaced clothing or 6 out of 10 times to ask me if I was a customer there. Ever since they changed their location the service has not been substandard. Maybe it’s time to search for a new cleaners!

I had brought one of my workshirts in to have a button replaced, after it had fallen off recently. I did not actually have a button for the replacement, but I was assured by the gentleman working the front counter that it would not be a problem. Fast forward to Yesterday, 11/6/19, which is 2 weeks after I was notified that my shirt was ready. (I know, I kept forgetting lol) I picked up my shirt and took it home. Too expensive!!! For a 2 piece suit, $15.04 It doesn’t matter if it’s a 1 day turn around. It’s not like I have just one suit. Just too expensive. Going somewhere else. Customer service is good. Employees are nice.
